Job Responsibilities
The Site Support Coordinator manages all aspects of daily facility operations by conducting frequent walkthroughs of office and common areas to ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional workplace. This individual oversees supply levels in breakrooms and conference spaces, monitors hallways for safety compliance, and serves as the primary liaison for janitorial and maintenance vendors to track and resolve facility issues. Additionally, the role handles essential security and site logistics, including visitor check-in procedures, badge coordination, and the management of company parking areas and passes. Beyond facilities maintenance, the Coordinator enhances the overall workplace experience by supporting employee onboarding, assisting with meeting room setups for internal events, and proactively escalating any safety or access control concerns to leadership to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
Required Skills
- 2 years experience in workplace operations, facilities support, office management, or a similar role
