Construction Laborers, Pipelayers, and Carpenters
Schultz Construction is seeking skilled Construction Laborers, Pipelayers, and Carpenters to support active heavy civil construction projects. Experience with ductile iron piping, process pipe installation, concrete work, and form carpentry is desired. A strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely perform assigned tasks on active construction sites
- Assist with machinery and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Use hand tools and power tools proficiently
- Assist with traffic control and equipment alignment as needed
- Support work related to heavy civil construction and infrastructure projects
- Contribute to a safe, productive, and team-oriented job site
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Experience with ductile iron piping, process pipe installation, concrete work, or form carpentry is desired
- Willingness to travel to jobs within our market area
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification
- Clean, valid driver's license
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team on active construction sites
