JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Maintain internal databases
- Maintain POS System
- Check Labor Punches Daily
- Maintain and Print All Menus
- Receiving and Purchasing Restaurant Supplies
- Coding Invoices for Accounting
- Submit expense reports
- Keep employee records (physical and digital), in coordination with ADP
- Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare regular reports and presentations
- Organize, store, and print company documents as needed
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Handle queries from managers and employees
- Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
- Maintain Office Equipment
- Maintain policies and restaurant policies and procedures
- Food & Beverage invoice processing and payment tracking
- Bid process for future project and new vendors prospects. Always 3 bids are required.
