Plastic Surgery Sales/Patient Coordinator

One of Miami’s premiere plastic surgery practices is seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and highly motivated Patient Coordinator to join our boutique, high-end plastic surgery practice in Miami. This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on follow-up, and is driven by results and patient satisfaction.
About the Role
As a Patient Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for prospective and existing patients. You will guide patients from initial inquiry through consultation and surgery booking, delivering an exceptional experience for the patient up to the time of their procedure, while actively working to convert leads into scheduled procedures.
This is a sales-focused, patient-facing role that requires confidence, warmth, persistence, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to incoming leads, phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
- Conduct follow-up calls with potential and existing patients to answer questions and move them toward booking
- Educate patients on Doctor’s recommendations, procedures, pricing ranges, and next steps with confidence and professionalism
- Coordinate consultations, surgery dates, and pre-/post-operative appointments
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR/CRM system
- Build rapport and trust while delivering a concierge-level patient experience
- Proactively re-engage warm leads and past inquiries
- Work closely with the surgeon and clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow
- Consistently work toward booking goals and conversion metrics
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales mentality with a genuine desire to help patients move forward
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound and inbound calls
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong follow-through
- Professional, warm, and confident communicator (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, medical spa, or concierge healthcare preferred but not required
- At least 1 year of proven sales and customer service experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
