Schrock Innovations is looking for a friendly, motivated Junior Technician to join our Omaha Service Center team full-time.

You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, solve a wide variety of technology challenges, and help customers feel more confident using their devices.
What You’ll Do:
Assist customers through walk-in service, phone support, and scheduled in-home visits
- Provide a positive customer experience by listening carefully, communicating clearly, and making each customer feel supported
- Diagnose and troubleshoot first-level hardware, software, device, and network issues
- Escalate more complex technical issues to senior technicians when appropriate
- Help customers understand their technology and recommend practical solutions that improve their experience
- Accurately document service events, including the issue, work performed, and resolution
- Support other Schrock Innovations locations when needed

What We’re Looking For:
Availability to work a full-time schedule: Wednesday to Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm
- High school diploma
- 1 year of customer-facing experience in retail, technical support, hospitality, or another service-based environment
- A strong desire to solve problems and help others
- Basic familiarity with computers, smartphones, and common operating systems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks that may include standing, bending, and kneeling
