Schrock Innovations is seeking a hands-on, client-focused Junior Field Technician to join our growing Schrock Business team. This position supports clients by delivering on-site technical services to small and mid-sized organizations. The technician serves as a trusted point of contact, balancing technical skill with professional communication and client care.

- Provide confident, solution-focused support in client environments
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
- Install systems, updates, and drivers across client environments
- Perform routine maintenance and network integrity checks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support
- Promote services that enhance system reliability and business success
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and data privacy protocols
- Provide feedback on recurring issues or customer concerns

What We’re Looking For:
- Available to work a full-time schedule
- Ability to travel within 30 miles of our service centers in NE & IA
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role
- Strong understanding of computers, smartphones, and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that include standing, bending and kneeling
