This role is 100% on-site at our Smithfield, Utah manufacturing facility.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Green Bay, WI, for a System Engineer. The System Engineer will be responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining systems to ensure seamless functionality. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing system administration, and offering technical support to ensure operational efficiency. The role will also involve contributing to systems design and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Systems Engineering and Systems Design with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience in System Administration to ensure optimal system performance and maintenance.
- Ability to analyze complex technical systems and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft, AWS, or equivalent are a plus.
- Familiarity with working in a diverse and inclusive environment is beneficial.
