Job Description
We are looking for a System Requirements Engineer to join our team in a rare entry level role supporting a unique government contract performing Minuteman III Functional and Requirements Analysis. The contract also provides breadth and depth of capabilities for system engineering and integration, risk management, technical assessment, acquisition program management, strategy development, organization and change management, interface with operations and logistics, business analysis, mission effectiveness, and demonstration/validation. As a member of the System Requirements Analysis (SRA) team you will provide expert recommendations through your engineering experience and understanding of various standards.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS degree or higher in Engineering
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive)
- Must work well independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to provide clear direction and guidance and/or execute on given direction from others
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Systems Engineering Milestone Experience
- Managed Requirements as a part of Engineering Degree Capstone
- Familiarity with ISO Standards
- ASEP/CSEP certifications
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59023 - $100339
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
