Responsibilities

- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules and protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning assignments.
- Assist with laundry duties when required, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus, especially in hotel or custodial settings.
