We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a remote temporary opportunity supporting a wholesale brand.
Ideal candidates should have strong customer service experience, good computer navigation skills, and the ability to handle high-volume inbound calls. Technical support or help desk experience is a plus, especially if you are comfortable troubleshooting issues and explaining steps clearly to customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls and processing orders
- Troubleshooting customer issues
- Documenting customer interactions
- Following up on order, shipping, and stock availability questions
- Providing professional support by phone and in writing
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service, call center, hospitality, or tech support experience
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to stay calm with difficult customers
- Bilingual French strongly preferred.
