Senior Engineer, Customer Excellence & Quality Innovation

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing data, predicting trends for our customers, and driving continuous improvement projects and strategies to achieve a step change in quality improvements. What will you do?

• Analyze data from BIM 360, Compass or any other customer commissioning analytics tool to extract actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance customer experiences.
• Utilize advanced predictive analytics to forecast trends and patterns, empowering our customers with valuable foresight and guidance.
• Lead and execute continuous improvement projects, championing a culture of innovation and driving strategies for significant quality enhancements.
• Leverage Tableau and other cutting-edge data manipulation tools to interpret and present large volumes of data in a compelling and impactful manner.
• Lead sharing of best practices within the El Paso campus and relevant ETO switchgear facilities.

What qualifications will make you successful? 

• Proven experience in data analysis and predictive modeling, with a strong focus on delivering customer value.
• Proficiency in Tableau and other data manipulation tools, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset to enable organizational growth.
• Ability to drive change, influence strategic decisions, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.
