Quality Engineer Internship: Summer 2025

Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Quality Engineering Internship in the Smyrna, TN, facility for Summer 2025. This position is on-site so the ideal candidate will be located in the general area.

What will you do?

• Focus on the admin task for PPAP such as gathering data, enter data, schedule meeting with supplier and engineering, monitoring and tracking the progress.
• Review data at incoming and NC.

• Support the data analysis and corrective action with suppliers.

• Work side by side with senior SQE to learn and drive solution to improve quality and delivery.

What qualifications will make you successful? 

• Currently enrolled in a four-year university program and a Junior or above
•  Studying Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer Science) or other technical relate experience working in a quality, manufacturing, software programing environment

• All candidates must be highly driven individuals capable of working independently and must have a passion to drive world class quality within the supply base

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO-9000, quality control plans, and problem-solving methodologies.

• Working knowledges on the MS tools such Power Point, Excel, Tableau,  or any other industry software
