Mechanical Assembler / Valve Technician Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Assemble valve automation packages using hand and power tools according to manufacturer specifications.
- Technical Calibration: Test and calibrate industrial valves to ensure high performance and safety standards as a Mechanical Assembler / Valve Technician.
- Collaborative Troubleshooting: Partner with sales personnel to troubleshoot valve installations and repairs for commercial and industrial customers.
- Equipment Operation: Use forklifts and overhead cranes to move, stock, and stage heavy inventory.
- Warehouse Support: Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including unloading and stocking inventory, picking orders, and staging deliveries.
- Documentation: Maintain high standards of neatness and meticulous attention to detail during the assembly and testing process.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong natural ability to repair or build machines; professional assembly or repair experience is highly preferred.
