Role Description The Sales Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Shakopee, MN. This role supports the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer and product information in company systems. The specialist responds to customer inquiries, coordinates with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, and helps resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include tracking order status, assisting with pricing and product availability, generating sales reports, and communicating with customers and sales representatives by phone, email, and in person. The role requires attention to detail, consistent follow-up, and a strong focus on service and collaboration.
