As a Community Sales Manager (CSM) at Schell Brothers you'll have the opportunity to get to know your home buyers on a different level. They aren’t just “buying a home," it's about creating a relationship to help them make one of the biggest decisions of their life. From planning community events to helping plan all your home's possibilities, being a CSM is one of the most diverse positions at Schell Brothers. As a CSM, you are given the autonomy to run your model home as a business, generating traffic, creating customer experience, along with relationships in the community with realtors and homeowners.
CSMs spend most of their time working from a well-appointed office located in one of our model homes. This position requires a 5-day work week, including 3 weekends a month and taking 2 alternate consecutive days off during the week.
Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of residential production home sales experience
- Able to lift 25 lbs
- Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Reliable, ethical, and detail-oriented
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Legal U.S. work authorization
- Active Idaho Real Estate License
