- Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with brand voice and business priorities.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns and announcements.
- Capture on-site content at events, job sites, or company initiatives as needed.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that support organizational goals.
- Stay up-to-date on platform trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Provide recommendations to enhance reach, engagement, and overall performance.
- Track key performance metrics across platforms and prepare monthly reports.
- Use insights to optimize content, posting schedules, and campaign strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of proven experience managing social media for a business or brand.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
