Position Overview

Role: Full-Time Sales Advisor

Schedule: 5 days per week (Weekend work is required)

Compensation: Commission-based pay structure plus spiffs

Expected Earnings: $60,000 – $200,000 per year (uncapped potential)
What You’ll Do

Greet customers warmly and provide expert information on our legendary MINI lineup.

Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Maintain and update customer information within our CRM system.

Consistently follow up on leads and foster long-term customer relationships.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.

Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust and rapport with customers in a professional manner.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving goals.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
