This position is paid 100% commission of personal production and unit counts or state Min Wage, whichever is greater. The percentages start at 25% and go up to 50% based off production. Subject to eligibility requirements, we offer the following benefits:

Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Advisor you must assist customers and prospective customers in all aspects of shopping for, purchasing, leasing, financing, protecting, accessorizing, learning about, and taking delivery of new and pre-owned automobiles with the best in customer service and achieving Elite level satisfaction scores. Continually, you must actively prospect and follow up of with customers, repeat customers, and future customers. You must maintain proper documentation and recording of all communications and transactions with customers and prospective customers, while meeting all privacy and legal requirements. You must maintain continued training, education, and certifications, as well as maintain superior knowledge on all Lexus products, competitive products, processes, and financial aspects of the transaction.
At all times that you are on duty, you are expected and required to enthusiastically and professionally perform all duties as a Vehicle Advisor of Delivery Specialist, regardless of whether in performing that duty you are eligible for, or it leads directly to any fee, commission, or bonus portion of the compensation plan.

You must have accurate knowledge and skill in presenting all financial aspects of purchasing, financing, and leasing vehicles, accessories, and protection products with menus. Skilled objection handling and sales closing techniques are required. You must use proper pre-evaluation and interview process of trades. The ability to meet customer follow up, including development, prospecting, and appointment setting objectives and quotas are mandatory. You will have sales quotas of vehicle and FPP goals to meet. You are required to maintain Elite level customer satisfaction survey scores and meet minimum required survey return percentages.
Equipment/Machines/Tools Typically Used: phone, computer, adding machine, copier, calculator, stapler, fax machine, pencils/pens, letter opener, scissors, and rulers.
Physical Demands: Required long periods (80-90% of work day) of standing and walking (on showroom floor, on dealership lot including interior and exterior of building). Capable of walking extensively on concrete. Infrequent sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Lifting 20 lbs or less and carrying 10 lbs or less on a frequent basis. Frequent pushing and pulling, twisting and turning of trunk, reaching and handling of objects, occasional climbing, balancing and crawling.
