What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting and in-person engagement
- Full control of your territory: strategy, pipeline, and revenue performance
- Build, develop, and expand strong customer relationships across your territory
- New business development and account expansion across key verticals
- Large, complex deal cycles including RFPs, bids, and multi-level decision makers
- Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that win business
- High-value customer relationships that require credibility and follow-through
- Forecasting accuracy and disciplined CRM management
- In-market execution: customer visits, operational alignment, and deal advancement
- Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
The Ideal Candidate
- 2 years of proven sales success in a structured environment
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Must reside in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, or Kentucky
- Willingness to travel up to 70% (2–3 nights per week)
- Highly motivated, competitive, and driven to grow market share
