- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
- Complete daily rounds to identify and address maintenance needs
- Respond to and prioritize work orders using the TELS system
- Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems
- Monitor key systems (lighting, HVAC, generators, alarms, etc.)
- Prepare resident rooms for admissions and discharges
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA, Life Safety, etc.)
- Keep accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience (healthcare or long-term care preferred)
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
