Schedule
- Full-Time
- 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Assigned strictly to the Alzheimer’s Unit
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents with Alzheimer’s and related dementias
- Monitor clinical conditions and report changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Support individualized care plans tailored to cognitive needs
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Active RN or LPN license in Missouri (required)
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Interest or experience in memory care, dementia care, or behavioral health nursing preferred
- Compassion, patience, and ability to work with cognitively impaired residents
