Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly
• Assist with care planning and documentation
• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team
• Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Active LPN license – Missouri (Required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
