As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and support to residents throughout the evening shift. Your responsibilities include:
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
- Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity during the evening shift
- Perform regular resident rounds and respond to resident needs
- Follow individualized care plans and facility nursing procedures
- Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and common areas
- Work collaboratively with CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and nursing leadership
- Active Missouri CNA Certification (Required)
- Previous CNA experience preferred; new CNAs with clinical training are encouraged to apply
- Experience in skilled nursing, nursing homes, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior care is a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
- Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or required according to facility policy
- Full-Time Evening CNA Schedule: 3 PM–11 PM
