We are looking for a caring, patient, and dependable Infant Aide to support our teaching team in providing a safe, loving, and nurturing environment. You'll help our infants feel secure, supported, and encouraged as they reach important developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, loving, and engaging infant classroom.
- Assist with daily routines, including feeding, bottle preparation, diapering, tummy time, and rest periods.
- Engage infants through age-appropriate sensory activities, play, songs, reading, and positive interactions.
- Support infants' social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Provide individualized attention and responsive care based on each infant's needs.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Assist with daily reports and communicate important information with the teaching team.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to provide consistent, high-quality care.
