Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment.
- Assist with daily classroom activities, lessons, and routines for young children.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and positive interactions.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
- Provide individualized care and support, including meals, diapering, toileting, and rest time as needed.
- Monitor children's progress, complete basic classroom documentation, and communicate effectively with the teaching team.
- Step into the Lead Teacher role when needed and contribute to a positive, collaborative classroom culture.
