Front Office Receptionist
Scarless VeinCare by Dr. Kamran is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to facilitate the efficient operation of patient care in a fast-paced medical office. We are seeking a professional that is highly organized, excels at multi-tasking, and has excellent communication skills. You must have a professional presentation and a positive attitude. You will be working in a team-oriented environment but must be able to work independently on specific duties (see Responsibilities below) as well.

Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma
At least 2 years medical office experience
Tebra EHR experience is a plus
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass a drug screening test
Responsibilities:
Proficient computer skills
Schedule patients efficiently
Create patient records in EHR
Scan documents into patient records
Request medical records from medical offices
Order supplies and patient compression hose
Maintain inventory of compression hose
Answer phones and emails in a timely manner
Job type:
Full-time
40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday. No weekends.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
