Overview
We are seeking a high-impact VP of Sales & Events to lead revenue strategy and execution across a large-scale hospitality and catering operation. This role oversees all sales and event functions within a high-volume, resort environment, driving top-line growth, market expansion, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Sales & Events (Catering) strategy and execution
- Drive revenue across group, corporate, and large-scale event business
- Develop and implement regional and national sales initiatives
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization
- Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Partner with executive leadership on property-wide revenue strategy and planning
Qualifications
- 7 years of senior sales leadership in hotel, resort, or hospitality environments
- Experience in large-scale properties preferred
- Strong network of corporate, group, and event contacts/clients
- Gaming or casino resort experience preferred, but not required
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive significant revenue growth
- Executive presence with strong client-facing and negotiation skills
