Vice President, Food & Beverage
Location: Reno, NV
Overview
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on F&B executive to lead a multi-outlet resort operation. This role owns all Food & Beverage performance, driving revenue growth, cost discipline, and elevated guest experience across a complex, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive oversight of multi-unit F&B operations (restaurants, bars, banquets, nightlife)
- Full P&L accountability across the portfolio
- Build and lead high-performing leadership teams
- Drive operational consistency, service standards, and concept evolution
- Partner with executive leadership on property-wide performance and strategy
Qualifications
- Senior F&B leadership experience in resort, casino, or large hospitality environments
- Proven success managing multi-concept, high-volume operations
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of improving margins and performance
- Hands-on, execution-focused leadership style
Compensation
- Base Salary: $160,000 β $200,000
- Bonus: Performance-based
- Additional: Benefits relocation support
