A high-volume, community-driven artisan pizza and craft beer concept is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and build a strong, people-first culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a GM who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of a high volume operation with strong growth potential.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and cleanliness
- Build, train, and develop a high-performing FOH and BOH team
- Own P&L performance, including labor, COGS, and cost controls
- Manage inventory, ordering, and systems (Toast, XtraCHEF)
- Drive sales growth and local community engagement
- Partner with culinary leadership to ensure strong execution
- Maintain a strong guest-focused culture and resolve issues effectively
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years as a Restaurant General Manager in a casual dining concept with bar
- Currently in a GM role in a comparable, high-volume restaurant
- Experience managing $3M in annual sales volume
- Strong P&L and operational leadership experience
- Hands-on, visible leader who leads from the floor
- Passion for hospitality, team development, and community involvement
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000
