What will your role be?
o Act as an active member of project and domain teams, supporting Project Managers to deliver on time, at the right quality, and within budget.
o Ensure supplier solutions and components meet technical specifications, safety standards, and business needs in line with client strategy and compliance requirements.
• Supplier Quality Management
o Monitor supplier KPIs, including quality, delivery, and non-conformance trends. o Support risk management and mitigation plans related to supplier performance.
• Requirements & Documentation
o Capture and translate supplier requirements (technical, supply-chain, and compliance) into clear documentation.
o Ensure continued alignment between project requirements, supplier commitments, and delivered solutions.
• Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
o Identify and close gaps between current supplier performance and project/operational needs. o Propose and support implementation of added-value solutions and process improvements to strengthen supplier reliability and reduce costs.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
o Provide high-level visibility to project stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and supplier scorecards.
o Share best practices and contribute to the development of standardized methodologies in supplier quality management.

• Creation and update of the Risks Register
• Creation and update of the actions tracker
• Weekly 3 box
• Regular (daily or weekly to be confirmed) reporting on supplier performance, which includes production volume, production volume estimates of following weeks, bottlenecks,
• Non-conformance and corrective action reports (NCR / CAPA) with verified root cause and closure.
• Supplier performance scorecards/KPIs (PPM, OTD, defect rates, responsiveness).
• Continuous improvement and supplier development plans to drive quality and reliability.
