We’re partnering with a high-growth apparel business in the search for an Account Manager to lead their Walmart Women’s Apparel business across core categories.
This is a commercially critical role, with full ownership of the Walmart relationship and responsibility for driving profitable growth through on-trend, cost-effective product.
You’ll operate as the key link between Walmart buyers, internal teams, and overseas vendors, ensuring speed, accuracy, and execution across multiple seasons.
Key Responsibilities:
Walmart Account Ownership
- Own the Walmart women’s apparel account end-to-end, acting as the primary contact for buyers and merchant teams
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with Walmart stakeholders
- Lead seasonal line reviews, item set-up, costing, and negotiations
- Identify and drive growth opportunities across categories and programs
- Track and manage sales performance, margins, and forecasts
Product, Sourcing & Execution
- Own product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Deliver commercially viable, on-trend product at Walmart price points
- Manage costing, sourcing, and production with overseas teams
- Ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues quickly
- Align cross-functional teams to execute
Must-Have:
- 5 years’ experience in apparel account management
- Direct Walmart experience (essential) – ideally within women’s apparel
- Strong understanding of costing, sourcing, and production cycles
- Proven ability to manage multiple seasons in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Salary : $85,000 - $140,000
