We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Account Manager – Luxury Fashion to manage and grow key brand and seller accounts within a fast-paced marketplace environment.This role focuses exclusively on the core categories of:Clothes – luxury apparel, ready-to-wear, streetwear, outerwear, tops, bottoms, dresses, jackets, coatsShoes – sneakers, luxury footwear, boots, trainers, limited-edition footwearBags – handbags, totes, backpacks, crossbody bags, travel and lifestyle bagsJewelry, watches, fine accessories, and timepieces are strictly excluded.The ideal candidate has high-level Chinese proficiency and full professional English proficiency, capable of acting as a bridge between international fashion brands and U.S. marketplace operations.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and grow strong relationships with brands and sellers in clothes, shoes, and bags.Drive category growth by identifying revenue opportunities and improving account performance.Source and onboard high-demand inventory aligned with marketplace strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, logistics, and data teams to ensure seamless execution.Monitor account performance, generate insights, and implement strategies to optimize sales.Support partners in inventory planning, promotional strategy, and marketplace positioning.Negotiate commercial terms and strengthen long-term partnerships.Required QualificationsProven experience as an Account Manager or similar role within a marketplace platform.Direct experience in luxury fashion categories: clothes, shoes, or bags.High-level Chinese proficiency and full professional English proficiency.Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.Solid understanding of marketplace dynamics and inventory management.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into growth strategies.Experience working with international brands and cross-border operations.Ideal ProfileCommercially minded with strong analytical skillsResults-oriented and growth-focusedComfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environmentPassionate about luxury fashion and marketplace ecosystemsIf you have experience managing luxury fashion brands within a marketplace and thrive in a cross-border, performance-driven environment, we look forward to connecting with you.
