Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Maintain and evolve a centralized design system, creating reusable components and documentation that streamline the development handoff process.
- Build interactive prototypes in Protopie or Figma to validate complex motion design and micro-interactions before engineering implementation.
- Lead design discovery sessions and collaborative workshops to map user journeys and identify friction points within existing product workflows.
- Partner with UX Researchers to synthesize qualitative user feedback and quantitative product analytics into actionable design iterations.
- Review implemented front-end code for visual and functional accuracy, providing detailed feedback to engineering teams during the QA phase.
- 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically working on complex web applications or enterprise-grade software products.
- Proficiency in Figma and industry-standard prototyping tools, with a strong portfolio demonstrating systemic thinking and polished visual design.
- Demonstrated experience building or contributing to comprehensive design systems at scale.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Bonus: Experience with Framer, Webflow, or motion design tools like After Effects; background in B2B fintech or data visualization.
