The role requires a blend of technical administration and strategic analysis. By optimizing the Salesforce environment and managing the lead-to-cash lifecycle, the analyst ensures that the sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate on a unified data foundation with minimal friction.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrate and optimize the Salesforce CRM instance, including the creation of custom objects, complex validation rules, flows, and automated workflows to support scaling business processes
- Build and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Looker to track key performance indicators such as pipeline velocity, churn rates, and CAC/LTV ratios
- Manage the integration and health of the RevOps tech stack, including tools such as Outreach, Gong, LeanData, and ZoomInfo, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms
- Lead the quarterly sales forecasting process by auditing pipeline data for hygiene and providing variance analysis against historical performance
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel through quantitative analysis and propose process re-engineering projects to improve conversion rates at each stage
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for sales processes and system configurations to ensure consistency across the global sales organization
- 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Administration, with a deep understanding of Flow Builder, permission sets, and reporting (Salesforce Administrator certification preferred)
- Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets and experience building visualizations in BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Sigma
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- Bonus: Experience with Apex coding, CPQ implementation, or managing compensation cycles in tools like CaptivateIQ or Spiff
