Job Responsibilities
- Build and define technical program management processes from concept to production for software development programs.
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary software programs from concept through delivery, driving schedules, risk management, cross-functional alignment, and execution milestones.
- Partner closely with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution across all phases of the software lifecycle.
- Technical leadership, shaping program strategy, influences architectural decisions, and establishes the TPM function as a core pillar of the organization.
Qualifications
- 10 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in a dedicated Technical Program Management role.
- Strong background in software development programs, with a preference for experience in large-scale, complex software systems.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in environments without established processes, building structure and execution frameworks from scratch.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
