Job Title: Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) - Remote
Setting: 16-Bed Detox/Residential Facility
Client Population: Adult, Co-Ed, Dual Diagnosis
Compensation: $50-$55/hour

Job Description

A 16-bed adult detox/residential treatment facility in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking a remote Licensed Therapist to join its clinical team. This role will provide direct therapeutic services to adults receiving treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced residential setting with a dual diagnosis population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients in detox and residential levels of care
• Facilitate process groups, psychoeducational groups, and other therapeutic programming
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and contribute to treatment planning
• Develop, update, and maintain individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and discharge planning
• Support crisis intervention and provide clinical guidance as needed
• Coordinate care with medical providers, case managers, and other members of the treatment team
• Monitor client progress and adjust clinical interventions based on treatment needs
• Help ensure services are delivered in accordance with program standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Active Indiana licensure as LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Experience working with adult mental health and substance use disorder populations preferred
• Knowledge of dual diagnosis treatment and residential or detox settings preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
