SBS Creatix is hiring a Change Management Lead
We're looking for an experienced change management professional to drive adoption and execution across large-scale AI and Sales transformation initiatives. This is a high-visibility role where you'll influence stakeholders at all levels and help people and teams successfully navigate significant change.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute change management strategies for AI and sales initiatives
- Drive behavioral and technical adoption among end users and cross-functional teams
- Build awareness, engagement, and readiness plans for large-scale transformation efforts
- Create communication and enablement materials that support rollout and sustained tool usage
- Partner with product, learning, communications, and business teams to align execution plans
- Track adoption metrics and feedback to measure effectiveness and identify improvements
- Identify risks, resistance points, and gaps, and develop corrective action plans (CAP)
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to shared adoption goals
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of change management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to influence up, down, and across a matrixed organization
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect change initiatives to business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
Preferred
- Prosci or ACMP certification
- PMP certification
- Experience supporting AI or sales technology rollouts
