Position Overview

This role will be based in Fort Lauderdale, FL or elsewhere in the U.S., with the ability to travel to Florida frequently. We are seeking a senior leader who can drive operational excellence while supporting rapid growth and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations across departments
• Build and implement scalable operational processes to support growth
• Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, finance, supply chain, and customer service
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance
• Lead operational planning and execution for domestic and international expansion
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve performance and profitability
  
  

Qualifications

• 10 years of business operations or general management experience
• Strong experience in consumer goods, retail, or related industries
• Proven ability to scale operations in a high-growth environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
