We are seeking a highly collaborative and execution-oriented Technical Product Manager to lead the development, optimization, and integration of core business systems across the organization. This role will focus on improving workflows, building internal tools, and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms including BlueCherry ERP, PLM, EDI, and wholesale systems.
This individual will act as the bridge between business and technology, translating operational needs into scalable system solutions while driving cross-functional alignment and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the BlueCherry ERP ecosystem, ensuring it supports evolving business needs across merchandising, production, inventory, and operations
- Lead the development and implementation of internal tools and system enhancements to improve efficiency, visibility, and data accuracy
- Manage and enhance integrations across systems including PLM, EDI, NuORDER, and other third-party platforms
- Partner with business stakeholders (Merchandising, Production, Sales, Operations, Finance) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Drive end-to-end project management for system-related initiatives, from scoping and prioritization through execution and post-launch optimization
- Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements and automation to streamline operations
- Collaborate with engineering and external vendors to ensure successful system configuration, implementation, and maintenance
- Develop and maintain documentation, user training materials, and best practices to support system adoption
- Establish reporting and data structures to improve visibility into key business metrics and performance
- 5–8 years of experience in technical product management, systems management, or business systems analysis
- Hands-on experience with BlueCherry ERP is required
- Experience with NuORDER, PLM systems, and EDI integrations strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, or apparel operational workflows (inventory, production, order management, etc.)
- Proven ability to build tools and improve workflows across cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Technical fluency with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and external vendors
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and process optimization capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A systems thinker who understands how tools, data, and workflows connect across the business
- A builder and problem solver who enjoys creating structure and improving processes
- Someone who is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $130,000 - $200,000
