We are seeking a Sleepwear Designer to join our team and help drive the design and development of seasonal sleepwear collections across ladies & men’s brands. This role will work closely with the Design Director and cross-functional partners to execute trend-right, commercially relevant product while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop seasonal sleepwear collections for men’s and ladies’ licensed and private label brands, partnering closely with the Design Director from concept through development.
- Create and develop cohesive assortments across multiple sleepwear categories including sets, separates, robes, loungewear, and giftable programs.
- Shop the local market to identify emerging trends, new concepts, fabrications, silhouettes, trims, and competitive product opportunities.
- Create seasonal trend, color, print, and concept boards to support collection development.
- Partner cross-functionally with the sales team to develop product assortments tailored to key accounts and customer needs.
- Work closely with overseas offices and factory partners to source, develop, and execute product, including fabrics, trims, prints, and construction details.
- Review samples, communicate updates, and help ensure development timelines are met.
- 3-5 years of design experience in sleepwear, apparel, intimate apparel, loungewear, or related categories.
- Experience in men’s and/or women’s sleepwear preferred.
- Experience working with off-price and mass retail accounts is a plus.
- Strong understanding of trend research, fabric development, print/pattern, color, garment construction, and product development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
