We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to drive growth across key retail channels. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying new distribution channels for our women's and children's intimate apparel and sleepwear collections.

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to drive growth across key retail channels. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying new distribution channels for our women's and children's intimate apparel and sleepwear collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across department stores, mass retailers, specialty retailers, club stores, e-commerce accounts, and other key channels.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with buyers, merchants, and key decision-makers across major retail accounts.
- Lead presentations of seasonal product assortments and private label programs.
- Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, product development, sourcing, and production teams.
- Partner with retailers to develop private label and exclusive product programs.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
- Manage account forecasting, sales plans, and business reviews.
- Negotiate pricing, programs, and promotional opportunities.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- 5 years of successful sales experience within women's apparel, children's apparel, intimate apparel, sleepwear, loungewear, or related categories.
- Established relationships with buyers and merchants across major retail accounts.
- Demonstrated success developing new business and growing existing accounts.
- Experience selling private label programs and retailer-exclusive assortments.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience with retailers such as Macy’s, Kohl’s, JCPenney, Burlington, Ross, TJX, Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam’s Club, Amazon, and other major national accounts is highly desirable.
Salary : $150,000
