Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily production activities from development through final delivery
- Communicate with domestic and overseas factories to track production timelines and resolve issues
- Monitor order status to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets are met
- Collaborate with design, sales, and logistics teams to support product lifecycle
- Maintain accurate production records, including purchase orders, tech packs, and shipment details
- Assist in troubleshooting production challenges and implementing solutions quickly
- Support quality control processes to ensure all products meet company standards
- 2 years of experience in production, preferably in apparel or children’s wholesale
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Direct experience working with factories (overseas and/or domestic)
- Familiarity with AMT or similar production management systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Salary : $75,000
