This role is critical to ensuring our products move efficiently from concept through commercialization. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment and is comfortable coordinating across global suppliers and cross-functional internal teams.

Position Overview

The Product Development Coordinator will manage timelines, documentation, sample flow, and cross-department communication to ensure successful product launches that meet quality, cost, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development projects from initial concept approval through production and launch
• Manage sample tracking, revisions, approvals, and production milestones
• Maintain product specifications, costing sheets and packaging details
• Communicate with overseas manufacturers regarding timelines, quality standards, and deliverables
• Partner with sourcing, quality assurance, compliance, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure alignment
• Monitor critical path calendars and proactively identify and resolve delays
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or supply chain within consumer goods
• Experience working with international manufacturers; Asia sourcing experience preferred
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and product documentation systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Salary $70,000-$80,000
