Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Email Creative
- Design visually compelling marketing and automated emails that align with brand standards.
- Build and code emails in Listrak, ensuring flawless rendering across all devices.
- Update and optimize automated series creatives for engagement and performance.
- Monitor weekly campaign performance, providing creative insights and reporting.
- Write engaging subject lines and preheaders that reflect brand voice and drive opens.
- Create a seasonal sales tool that represents the entire collection.
- Retouch and color-correct images to maintain visual consistency.
- Coordinate between production team, retouchers, and JOOR to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Design digital ad content, including static, animated, and video formats for paid channels.
- Maintain brand consistency while tailoring creative to platform-specific best practices.
- Creating ad content (organic and paid), ensuring visuals align with current campaigns and collection launches.
- 10 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience with email platforms or SMS (preferably Listrak or Klaviyo)
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and color.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- An eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand aesthetics.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Salary : $125,000
