Job Title: Designer / Senior Designer – CAD / Technical
- Support design team in development of seasonal collections and custom/VIP development
- Create technical drawings and specs for technique, embroidery, and accessories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas vendors, ensuring design integrity throughout the development process
- Work on capsule and special project development including but not limited to footwear, accessories, packaging design, brand collateral, and store displays
- Manage creation of custom client package presentations
- Maintain WIP charts for managing development progress
- Communicate effectively with in-house Atelier for accurate execution of concepts
- Build and maintain organized design presentation boards for review meetings
- Act as a brand champion, ensuring all designs are consistent with the brands vision and aesthetic
- Bachelor degree in Fashion Design with 6-10 years of Design experience with high-end/luxury brands
- Elevated taste level
- Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing process
- Strong understanding of luxury materials, finishing techniques, embellishments, and trims
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a must
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from ideation through production, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with credibility, share information effectively, and work confidently with cross functional teams
- Creative problem solver with ability to think outside the box
- Willingness and flexibility to adapt in order to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
