The Controller will oversee accounting and financial reporting for all brands across the portfolio, support the transition to QuickBooks, and coordinate with the outside CPA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
- Oversee monthly and annual closes, reconciliations and financial reporting across all brands.
- Support budgeting, cash flow management and financial analysis in partnership with the CFO.
- Lead the transition to QuickBooks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Establish consistent accounting processes and internal controls across the portfolio.
- Coordinate with the outside CPA on tax preparation, compliance and year-end reporting.
- Experience overseeing accounting for multiple brands or entities.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and internal controls.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks; system transition experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
Salary : $120,000
