Job Title: Brand Director

Seeking a commercially minded Brand Director to lead brand strategy, licensing partnerships and growth across retail, e-commerce and product development. The ideal candidate brings consumer products expertise and a proven ability to translate brand strategy into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy, positioning and messaging across products, packaging, marketing and retail.
• Manage licensing partnerships, including annual business plans, sales targets, product roadmaps, approvals and contractual obligations.
• Expand retail and e-commerce distribution, supporting key accounts, new placements and digital marketplace growth.
• Guide product innovation and category expansion across kitchen knives, cutlery, kitchen tools and complementary housewares.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, influencer partnerships and strategic collaborations.
• Own revenue objectives and commercial performance, tracking sales, royalties, budgets and growth opportunities.
• Partner with finance, legal, creative and business development teams to align brand and business priorities.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in brand management, licensing, category management or consumer products; housewares, kitchenware or home goods preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. retail and e-commerce channels.
• Experience managing licensees, manufacturers or distributors and working with major retailers.
• Proven success driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
• Strong financial, analytical, communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Organized, entrepreneurial and able to manage multiple projects and partners independently.
