Department Overview
The Technology Delivery Management team at M S Wealth Management (MSWM) is responsible for driving program and project execution across critical initiatives. The team manages the full lifecycle of projects—from planning and scope definition to funding and delivery—while ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders.
The team operates in both Agile and Waterfall environments, collaborating across multiple departments to ensure timely delivery, remove blockers, and maintain high-quality standards.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join a dynamic and high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration within complex enterprise environments.
This role requires someone who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of driving execution, while ensuring teams stay aligned with project goals and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews)
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and enabling team productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are maintained
- Manage business requirements, process flows, and system analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and funding needs
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and dashboards
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on risks, issues, and progress
- Conduct project audits to ensure compliance with standards and scope
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation strategies
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams
- Maintain centralized documentation and knowledge repositories
- Facilitate effective communication across business and technical teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve scheduling conflicts
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Program/Project Management or Scrum Master role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience working in large enterprise / financial services environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong business and technical acumen
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in process improvement and change management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Services / Wealth Management / Banking domain
