Saz’s Catering is looking for part-time Banquet Servers to work with our team at a variety of events in the greater Milwaukee area!

Okay, but what does a Banquet Server do?
Our Banquet Servers handle the full scope of the guest experience - setting the stage before they arrive and delivering attentive meal service throughout the event.
- Event preparation- includes setting table linen, décor & formal placement of tableware
- Practice safe food handling procedures
- Passing appetizers, serving meals to guest tables in a variety of service styles, such as plated or family style
- Clear plates, glassware, silverware, and other waste from guest tables
- Engage with guests in a friendly and respectful manner and be knowledgeable of event-specific menu items being served
- Keep the event space and equipment neat, tidy, and clean

What else do you need to know?
- Scheduling for this position is event-based, and availability from Thursday through Saturday is required
- Reliable transportation is required – you will work at various locations around the greater Milwaukee area
- Experience in food handling is preferred but not required
