Join Saz’s Hospitality Group as a full-time Event Manager and lead our catering teams at some of the most exciting events around the greater Milwaukee area.
In this role, no two days are the same - from Brewers tailgates, to weddings, to Summerfest and State Fair – you’ll create unforgettable experiences while managing all aspects of offsite catering events. You can be the difference between "nice event" and "they're still talking about it!"
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire our catering teams through all phases of events – from loading trucks to setup to final teardown
- Be the on-site hero for clients, guests, and vendors - ensuring every detail exceeds expectations
- Execute flawless events by interpreting Banquet Event Orders and directing food prep, plating, and service
- Drive the operation (literally!) by transporting equipment and food to event locations in company vehicles
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of catering, event management, or hospitality experience, with 1 year in a leadership role
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
- Valid driver's license with an insurable record
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to walk, stand and lift moderate weights for extended periods
